Does anyone here listen to Trance?  It’s pretty much the only thing I listened to outside of video game music and the occasionally catchy “hit” song.  I mostly use Pandora Radio to find good music or just listen to Digitally Imported when I’m bored.  They’re both great resources for finding solid Trance, but Pandora Radio can actually be used for any genre of music.  It’s the kind of thing I’ve been waiting for because it really matches your tastes well...if you get a chance check it out.

I like Pandora a lot, but it seems that on some of my stations I just keep getting the same stuff after a while. Also, I’ve been occupied with VGM a lot recently, so I haven’t bothered going on Pandora.

I used to use Pandora a lot a couple years back when I was on a crappy connection and couldn’t download songs easily. I’m too picky about music to just let any old song play in the background while I’m working on something, and it takes up too much time with me rejecting tracks and stuff. Then there’s the stale track list problem. Or the opposite where your station gets so far away form your original song that you have no idea what happened. Or where you enter your favorite artist and get a whole station full of crap you hate? How do they do that?

You can find a gem on there every now and then, but gave it up. I mostly rely on blogs or friends to introduce me to new music nowadays.

I don’t know anyone that agrees with me when it comes to music on a consistent basis, not to mention I’m really picky and don’t like nearly as much music as everyone here...so it works well for me.

Though I can just let generic Trance go on in the background while I work, it’s a lot easier than doing it in silence.  And my “quality” play list of songs is so short it gets old fast.  That’s partially because I’m picky and partially because I rarely seek out new music, so it’s pretty handy.
